Timeless Building Group makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, structural sufficiency, or suitability of the Plans for any particular purpose, property, or jurisdiction. Timeless Building Group shall not be liable for any damages, losses, construction defects, structural failures, code violations, or costs arising from the use or misuse of the Plans.

License Grant and Restrictions
Purchase of the Plans grants the purchaser a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to construct one (1) single residential dwelling only. The Plans may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, modified for resale, or used for multiple builds without prior written consent from Timeless Building Group.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the Plans, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of U.S. copyright law.

Engineering and Construction Responsibility
The purchaser, builder, and their consultants assume full responsibility for obtaining all required engineering, permits, site adaptation, and approvals prior to construction. Timeless Building Group does not provide engineering services as part of the architectural plan purchase.

Timeless Building Group may provide referrals to independent licensed engineers and may provide documentation of material selections used in prior builds. These referrals and documents are provided for convenience only and do not constitute engineering services or approvals.

Limitation of Liability
Plans are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Timeless Building Group be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Plans.

Use or purchase of the Plans constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
